Some time ago, one of my clients asked me if I help and represent people injured in work accident cases and motor vehicle crash cases that happen in places other than Marion County, Florida. Good question.

My answer: Sir, I have handled severe injury and death cases statewide my whole legal career. I’ve handled injury or death cases in north Florida from Pensacola to Jacksonville including Monticello and Jasper, all down the east coast of Florida…St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, Vero Beach to Miami and down to Islamorada in the Keys. I’ve handled injury or death cases up the west coast of Florida, Ft Myers, Sarasota to St. Petersburg and Tampa. I’ve handled injury or death cases in central Florida including Lakeland, Orlando, Tavares, Brooksville and Bushnell and in north central Florida including Inverness, Cross City, Gainesville, Lake City, Green Cove Springs, Deland and Palatka.

In my early years as a lawyer, I was the insurance company defense lawyer in some of those cases and so I learned how insurance companies and defense lawyers think and operate in injury and death cases. That knowledge and experience have been very valuable and helpful to me in my representation of injured accident victims since 1976.

When it comes to helping a client or his or her family with a severe injury or death case, my motto is: Have Briefcase; Will Travel!!!
